Refund Policy

Once payment has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited — in whole or in part. This applies to all purchases, including digital services, software subscriptions, website design, automations, integrations, and consulting packages.

All fees paid to Local Lift Technologies are non-refundable. Our digital services begin immediately upon payment, and clients gain instant access to proprietary tools, templates, and resources. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Website design and development
• SaaS platform subscriptions
• Automation or chat system setups
• Digital assets, graphics, or creative work
• Consulting, onboarding, or strategy sessions

Clients may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to avoid future billing. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for previous or current billing periods.

Refunds will only be reviewed in rare cases of:

• Duplicate payments caused by a billing error
• Unauthorized transactions with verified documentation
